I recently had Tristan restore my Concept2 rower, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. His communication was excellent and made everything easy. My 5 year old rower now looks and performs like new. Highly recommend Tristan to anyone looking to have their Concept2 equipment serviced or restored. I recently had my Concept2 rowing erg serviced by Synergy Gym Solutions and was really impressed with the whole experience. From the first phone call, communication was great, and they made the effort to come out to me, which saved me a lot of time. They were happy to work around my schedule, turned up when they said they would, and were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. The service was completed to a high standard, the price was very fair, and it’s great to know I’ve found someone reliable for future servicing.
